Founders, RE:FIND
Alex & Monica Villicana have been making small lots of boutique wines in Paso Robles for over 20 years. As of 2011 they launched Paso Robles' first craft-distillery, RE:FIND, creating a whole new industry in Paso Robles. RE:FIND handcrafts memorable vodkas and gin from the prized free-run juice of Paso Robles red wine grapes, including grapes from the vineyard they farm themselves. RE:FIND is one of a kind in that they collaborate with Central Coast, CA brewers to craft local whiskeys. The Villicanas are innovators who have achieved unparalleled quality in their products by using all natural, local ingredients and crafting it all on-site. It is a true vineyard to bottle distillery.
