Amanda Gill
Wine Director, The Cliffs Resort
Central Coast native, Amanda Gill is the Wine Director of the Marisol Restaurant at the Cliffs Resort in Pismo Beach, California. She is responsible for managing wine inventory as well as tailoring specific food and wine pairings for weekly dinner menus in coordination with Chef de Cuisine.
After graduating from Saint Mary’s College in 2012, Amanda returned home to Edna Valley where she began work at Tolosa Winery. During her time there, Amanda learned about the wine growing regions throughout the Central Coast.
Amanda attributes her ever growing love of wine to her experiences traveling abroad visiting wine producing regions around the world. Amanda strives to extend the same hospitality by sharing her knowledge of locally grown wines with all guests who travel to the Cliffs Resort.
