Dominique Gonzales
Dominique Gonzales is the bar manager for Granada Hotel and Bistro in downtown San Luis Obispo. Originally from the central coast, Dominique has returned home to SLO after several years in Northern California. Awards include Bartender of the Year in Sacramento SNR magazine, winner of Negroni Week in Santa Barbara, and Sacramento Cocktail Week 2011. She enjoys gardening, churros, and anything Tiki.
