Committed to ensuring that the business is established with a sound infrastructure designed towards profitability. Well versed in the sales and marketing of the products, hands on in networking with the most highly regarded wineries in the Central Coast and Napa Valley partnering with them as the featured Culinarian for special events, developing paring menus and professional kitchen development.

Also committed to health as a lifestyle, Chef Eric has spent the last three years studying sustainable cuisine, super foods and resourcing earth's unique offerings through the exploration of forging.
