Soren Christensen, the head winemaker of Hearst Ranch Winery has extensive experience making quality wine in Paso Robles. Christensen is focusing on the winery’s legacy of producing high quality, handcrafted wines from Paso Robles and the Central Coast. Christensen has nearly fifteen years of winemaking experience, starting his career at Hope Family Wines in 2000 and spending the last three vintages working with Alta Colina Winery.
Hearst Ranch Winery’s consulting winemaker, Guillaume Fabre, will focus on a new ultra-premium wine program that Hearst Ranch is building into their portfolio. Fabre, who was raised in a winemaking family in the south of France, and later Bordeaux, came to Paso Robles in 2004 to work at celebrated winery L’Aventure. He later started his own brand, Clos Solène, which has garnered critical acclaim.
