Jenna Baehler
Jenna Baehler got her first taste of the bar and restaurant business at the age of 18, as a server in Austin, Texas. This led to her love of the overall industry. As she then continued her career, she found her calling and love for tending bar.
Having experienced various types of bartending from pubs to highend craft cocktail establishments, Jenna decided that the art of the craft is where she belongs. When she moved to Paso Robles, she joined the La Cosecha team. Here is where she met Eric Carfagnini, a master mixologist who instituted the bar program at La Cosecha . Eric refreshed the fundamentals of craft bartending with Jenna, which has allowed her to grow and become the mixologist that she is today. Learning and sharing her love for the craft is what drives Jenna to create her art.
