Chef Jorge Santizo has been directing the Radisson's kitchen for 14 years, and has accumulated over 30 years of experience. From Executive Chef of the Miramar by the Sea, to being an avid Salsa dancer, we at the Radisson are very fortunate to have Chef Santizo guiding our culinary vision.
